The Terrace Beach Association was incorporated in 1968 to serve as a non profit organization charged with maintaining the two piers, the swim beach and the waterfront along Lakeshore Blvd. from Lange Street on the north to the white pier on the south. The association is governed by a board of directors elected for one year terms every fall at the general meeting. In order to vote for board members and get a key to the piers and the beach property, members who have established residency in the Terraces and/or renters of those properties, must turn in the previous year's key and pay $100 for a year's dues.
