Welcome to the Terrace Beach Association website. This is the place to find information concerning the beachfront property. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this site and become an active participant in managing this special property.
We will be mailing out notices to all eligible members inviting you to come to the annual meeting. During the meeting, the membership will elect a new board of directors, make plans to refurbish our beach and piers and offer memberships.
Please respond to the notice when you receive it and consider running for a seat on the board of directors and helping bring this very special property back to its useful and enjoyable condition.
Please note: There is no Clear Lake Terrace homeowners association. This is a voluntary association available to residents who wish to use the lakefront amenities: 2 piers and the swim beach.
